• Deliver a “qualifying statement” with each expert biography, enabling clients to be more selective in their choice of consultants.
• Schedule consultations through Outlook Meeting Planners.
• Maintain privacy; every expert signs our confidentiality agreements and project information is not repurposed.
• Ensure compliance standards are followed on each call, and liaise with client’s Compliance department as necessary.
