Austin oversees the Account Management teams for Primary Insight and manages relationships with the firm’s key accounts globally. His hands-on approach to project work gives him a keen understanding of clients’ needs, allowing PI to deliver timely, top-quality resources to clients.
Prior to joining the Account Management team in New York, Austin managed PI’s research office in Charleston, South Carolina.
He holds a B.S. in International Business from the College of Charleston.
